Synthians are an extremely timid race who believe discretion is the only part of valor. They prefer to send single spys into battle rather than large fleets. Like most Galactics, Synthians have no sense of humor. They are quick to take offense and loathe to forgive.

They are one of the only allies to Earthclan, but are apprehensive about lending them military might in the current conflict. The alliance is mostly based on their mutual distrust of the Galactic Library.

Synthians are both bipedal and quadrupedal omnivorous mammaloids. Short and round, Synthians stand about 3.5 feet high. They resemble Terran raccoons, and have the same skittish attitude. Among themselves, they prefer to scuttle around on four feet, but durring ceremonies and diplomatic meetings they can stand perfectly well on two legs.
