The Kthsemenee system has attracted much attention in the last few years. Indeed more attention then it has had in its last four hundred million.

Kthsemenee is an ordinary yellow star, in a rather empty arm of its Galaxy. It has two planets: an unnamed gas giant and the water-covered planet of Kithrup. It was in this system that Earthclan jumped into the Galactic spotlight. Kithrup's oceans contain large quantities of dissolved heavy metals, making prolonged exposure to it's oceans harmfull if not fatal for most races.

Four hundred million years ago, Kithrup was leased indefinately to the dying Karrank%. After that it was forgotten as a useless aquatic world. The Streaker found its first refuge here, and stumbled across the aboriginal Kiqui. When the Senior Patron armadas tracked the Streaker to Kithrup, the ensuing fray destroyed nearly every ship before they could attempt to capture the renegades. The cowardly dolphins hid under water for days rather than face the armadas with honor, finally breaking free and escaping into unknown territory.
